Comfortable room, friendly staff, the outdoor swimming pool on the roof terrace was a great way to relax after a day of exploring, and the location was conveniently just 200 meters from the nearest metro station.

I had a decent stay here for one night. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the selection of fresh fruits, which was a real treat! The shower had great pressure and felt like a massage. I also enjoyed the rooftop area with a nice view, although it was a bit small.

I stayed one night in a Standard Twin room. Super clean and comfy bed, but the view from the 16th floor was a total letdown—none! The breakfast buffet rocked with tons of options. The location's a win for metro access, but the staff could've been friendlier, except for Marcos who was awesome.

We visited the amazing Municipal Theatre during our stay. Watching a performance there was incredible with its stunning architecture. The little one loved exploring the nearby parks, making our trip enjoyable despite some hiccups at the hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could really use some better cleaning standards. It would be nice if they added more family-friendly dining options.

Fitness center was decent, and the outdoor swimming pool had sun umbrellas for lounging. Easy access by lift to upper floors. Location is super close to downtown attractions.

Check-in can take longer than expected, which was frustrating, especially with the presence of sidewalk sleepers nearby. The air conditioning unit emits constant noises, making it hard to get restful sleep. The TV setup is subpar with poor reception, and Wi-Fi is sluggish, barely accommodating video streaming. Moreover, the room provided had unpleasant odors that hinted at plumbing issues, leaving a lot to be desired.
